Paving sqm quantity

Hello forum.

Our plot is 856 sqm. Floor area ratio 0.3 and the planned house has a floor area of 116.43 sqm.

How many sqm around the house am I allowed to pave? (Driveway, path around the house, and terrace?)

856*0.3 = 256 -116 = approx. 140 sqm

Does the pavement have to be within the "building zone"?

Does the paving have to be within the "building window"?

then you wouldn’t be allowed to lay paths from the street to the front door at all ,)

To my knowledge, the above answer is also not quite correct, because paving etc. are not considered as construction.
Usually, the development plan provides a second value that indicates how much area may be used in addition to the buildings (with garage, driveway, etc.).
For example, we have a floor area ratio of 0.2 and have double that for ancillary facilities... so check the development plan again!
