Parquet is blotchy after oiling

Hello everyone,

we have oiled our new parquet with Woca Maintenance Oil.
After oiling, however, it was blotchy.
Accordingly, we cleaned it with Biofa Napona Deep Cleaner. By now, for the second time.
On the surface, there is no oil present or noticeable (e.g. sticky). Nevertheless, the parquet has been blotchy ever since.

Therefore, the question to you is whether anyone has had similar experiences and what can be done about it?
I have already received the tip to oil again. But I don't trust that.

Take at least one more photo with a larger frame and not against the window. I am sure that sooner or later can help here.

Was the floor even intended for immediate oiling?

According to the manufacturer, it should be oiled after installation and before the first use. More photos will come tomorrow in daylight.

What did you use to apply the oil? Our manufacturer even lent us a thing called Wiesel for this purpose, and I was thinking: what could be different about it? But when a friend told me her parquet looked as patchy without the Wiesel as yours did, I was glad and even bought one for the future.

My thought was, after we have treated it twice with Biofa Napona: Apply oil again and work it in with the Woca hand scrubber, using white pads. Then wipe off with the Woca cotton cloth. But I am not an expert, so the question is whether it makes sense?
