I can only report on the experience with hard wax oil, where different appearances gradually even out through everyday use (and probably also exposure to light). The pads do nothing else either - but they significantly shorten the time factor.

My original answer was deleted because it contained a link. I'll try it without a link. I applied the oil with:
"Greenwood Soft-Sheep Pad Holder Pro with 10 wool pads," if that means anything to you.

So, I gave it a try now. You can only see the spots when looking at the light at an angle.
Can possibly still help? :)

Another consideration: spray orange peel oil, let it sit briefly and "scrub off" with Woca hand scrubber... What do you think about this?

By the way, it's oak parquet. Allegedly pre-oiled by the manufacturer with Woca. The floor is so dry that several people have already slipped on it...

As I said, you should have used a weasel. To find out how to fix the problem now, I would ask where I bought the floor before experimenting.

How bad is it? Do you have a picture where it can be seen? Unfortunately, the uploaded one is not helpful. Since the oil wears off over time, I would suggest just waiting for a while before you destroy the oil layer with 15 more treatments.
