Parcel between property and street

Hello everyone,

I intend to buy the plot marked in red. So far, only 153/16 has been discussed.
However, I would also have to purchase the piece 153/11 to secure the development, or am I mistaken?

The 153/16 is outlined in red. Then you can derive everything over the pipe stem, that is access road, sewage, and other utilities? As long as it is about three meters wide, trucks and fire brigade can get through. That is sufficient.

You can’t really see it in the map section, but presumably 153/11 serves 453/13 for access – otherwise there would hardly be a garage marked at the upper end.

Exciting would be 162/29. Is there a right of way for 153/16 there?

So between 153/11 and 156/7 there is a street. The pipe stem still belongs to 153/16. The 153/11 is so small that it is not even drawn on the map. There is no right of way. The access to 162/29 is not visible on the excerpt.

These seem to me to be the crucial words - the original poster might say where one can see more than just the excerpt (preferably not as a link, that probably isn’t appreciated here).

the parcel 153/11 is only a few cm wide. but not unimportant for you. Therefore buy it if you can acquire it.
