House 110 sqm, bungalow. So, one level. Drywall ceiling, plastered walls, in the bathrooms lime-cement, otherwise gypsum plaster with lime content. Painting work includes filling, sanding, painter’s fleece, primer, dispersion slightly tinted or white. In the bathrooms fiberglass over tiles on the wall, painted white with latex paint. Roof overhangs painted with corbels. Offer 3800 gross. Is that ok?

Ask a second person, then you’ll know where the 3.8 lie. Otherwise, that already sounds realistic.

Actually, I want to work with him because he is very meticulous. That’s why I didn’t want to bother a second person. Karsten

Then you can still request a second one to find out how the offer is priced. Although, if you want him, you either have to accept his price or take someone else.

The question is what quality is being "slapped" onto the wall for the price.

Let's put it this way. What quality of material have you agreed upon or been assured of?

For example, I can take Caparol DIN for 30€ per bucket, or Indeko plus for 79€ for the same container size. Of course, there's also IndekoGeo for the ecologically minded at 123€ (but we'll leave that aside).

It is a real company, not an illegal worker. He will definitely use good paint, otherwise he would be making life difficult for himself. Karsten
