Painting after plastering

Hello everyone,

I am new here and have a few questions about "painting".

We are currently building a house and should start painting (INSIDE) in the next few days.

The solid walls are finely plastered so we can paint them normally. Upstairs, the partition walls are not solid. However, they have already been puttied and sanded. What should be considered here? Can I simply paint them with color?

Downstairs we have concrete ceilings, these are also puttied and sanded. What can be done here?

we first primed our drywall and then painted it with regular paint. And we decorated the concrete ceilings on the ground floor with textured paint. My husband also primed these first and then applied the textured paint.

But that only seems "finely plastered" until the first coat of paint is applied :D. You can test that in an adjacent room.

So, either sand, sand, sand or use paint with a mineral additive.
