It is illogical to buy a part that apparently is not the problem. If the faucet does not work with both detent bushes, then the fault is not the detent bush. You already have a result from a process of elimination. Continue directly with the tip from and do not waste time or money.

Hello. I also have a problem with my Polar II outdoor tap point and thought I would continue writing here instead of starting a new topic.

Since the spindle is worn out here, I wanted to replace it. The instructions mention closing the [Vorabsperrung]. Google does not help me. Where can I close the [Vorabsperrung]? Can someone tell me? After that, I can simply unscrew the old spindle and insert the new one according to the instructions, right?
The instructions only say to close the [Vorabsperrung] but do not say where it is or how to do it.

Best regards
Dennis

The manufacturer also cannot know where the shut-off valve for the water is in your house. It is not meant that the valve at the faucet should be closed.
1. You have a separate line running from the water connection (or maybe also from the kitchen, if it fits spatially) to the outside. Then there is - if installed - a shut-off valve there.
2. Your outdoor irrigation is part of your water supply. Then you have to turn off the main valve at the house connection. There will be no more water inside the house.

Oh, so that's what it means. Thanks for the quick response. As far as I know, we don't have a separate line for that and therefore no separate shut-off valve either. Then I'll try it with the main connection. We thought it was something outside the house at the tap itself. Thanks again.
