why do you accuse me of that?

Should more people be ripped off of their lifetime achievements & money?

When you are fooled completely, do you also tip your hat and say thank you obediently?!

I don’t think so....

No hard feelings, but you act as if everyone should know your case. Therefore, there is not much to take away from your post except that you are really pissed off.
By the way, your post is not cautionary, as it is unclear who did what wrong and how.

Therefore, I concluded that you just wanted to vent. I still can't see another meaning.
But I am somewhat curious about what happened to you – it sounds really bad.

A Poroton brick house...

Summary in brief:

- promised the blue from the sky, "premium quality"
- we did not "save" money - we paid a lot more....
- too many deductions in too short a time
- unexplained additional charges amounting to €13,000.....
- sluggish construction progress with subpar companies (the ones with no company name on the vehicle....)
- craftsmen not paid
- worst quality.....
- 2(!) public experts have inspected the house... unfortunately received a lot of rubbish from the craftsmen, according to the experts: ....a case for the Bauretter....
- simplest agreements not kept
- instead, brazen lies and badmouthing - and shifting blame onto us
- we hire a lawyer
- response: coercion and threats by this gentleman against me & my family
- construction delays and additional costs
- not only with me, but also verifiably in court, with other builders...

Ergo = a nightmare, this company should be completely stripped of everything, I will also take it to court - no matter how much it will cost....

Is not an answer to the question. Get to the point, or I'm out of here ...

That will be censored anyway by the moderators... that's just how it is in Germany.

I had forgotten:

The site manager is the company boss - and no one at the building authority knows him... it's just bad.

But he tells us everything is fine. Sends us in writing that he is "registered" there.

The authority knows nothing (statement today - they don't know that there is a single-family house here, for them it's still "meadow"...)

We could now also live in an "illegal building" - the site manager is supposed to have expertise and conduct the construction according to public law.

All lies - just like always from him... he still pockets money and sends reminders.

How many naive people are supposed to go to the dogs yet.

I have filed/a complaint is pending against this man... according to the police, his letters fulfill the offense of coercion - he also stalks me on the internet and tries to defame me in a disgusting, personal way.

But just think about it, while the MD public prosecutor's office is investigating, he continues to sell houses...

Disgusting & creepy at the same time....
