So here are the exterior views roughly drawn by me as an amateur. Of course, I will get better ones from the architect. The windows and doors are just my ideas. To illustrate the slope. Is that understandable like this?

Hello, yes great. So I still think it's good. The property is not necessarily my dream idea for my own home. Garden facing the street and then sloping down into a dark hole at the back. But you can make something out of everything and for me this would be a good option. The decisive factor is how busy the street is.

It is a dead end. After us, there are about 8 more houses. So there should not be too much traffic here. Towards evening, the sun also reaches the north side from the west.

Do you have any other suggestions or recommendations regarding my above-mentioned questions? Or is any information missing?
