Correct, with KfW 55 the 0.75% currently still applies with a 10-year fixed interest period. Additionally, there is currently a repayment bonus for KfW 55 houses. By the way, the tightening of the Energy Saving Ordinance next year does not affect your KfW 55 standard if it is already met according to today's requirements. However, how the subsidies for KfW 55 houses will look next year is still up in the air...

Without some details about your financing, it is difficult to assess the interest offer from your bank. With the information available, I don't find the interest rate for 20 years overpriced.

The example I posted was from Dr. Klein.

What details are still missing for an assessment? I just found it surprising that there is such a large difference (0.64 percentage points) between the offer of a bank that also offers KfW loans and the offer of a bank or insurance that does not offer KfW loans.

What counts is the blended interest rate (an assumption must be made for the follow-up interest rate at the KfW).
