Thank you for your answers. @Ikeaner: After I sent my complaint to kontakt.de@ , on 15.06.2015 I received a standard reply: "Dear Ikea customer, we have received your message. Thank you for that! Currently, our processing time is at least 14 days. We will handle your concern as quickly as possible." Since then, I haven’t heard anything more. Too bad, no coffee and no solution either. @MartinVW: Thanks – it didn’t work for me: it doesn’t remember the last "exit point" and starts the app from the beginning every time. One second is not enough to get to the shopping list... For various other reasons, I hardly go to IKEA anymore – so for me it’s done... Regards
