According to the land register archive, this could be related to the water works of Berlin, but I will only know more when my requested extracts arrive. However, this topic concerns me because I am worried that it might restrict us too much in our construction project. The property was offered to us by the realtor as free of encumbrances, maybe this also has a depreciating effect? Does anyone have experience with this?
