Old easement in the land register

A question, especially for Berliners: Does any of you have an easement registered in the land register that was entered a long time ago, in our case in 1926? According to the land register archive, this could be related to the water works of Berlin, but I will only know more when my requested extracts arrive. However, this topic concerns me because I am worried that it might restrict us too much in our construction project. The property was offered to us by the realtor as free of encumbrances, maybe this also has a depreciating effect? Does anyone have experience with this?

Yes, there was something. I forgot, but there were no problems with the building permit. However, the notary usually checks that or you have them ask.

Yes, the notary probably needed the consent of the seller, but the broker did not respond to that. Therefore, I applied for it. And you really don't remember what that means? What rights the water utilities have on the property?

With what content? Such old things are not uncommon.

Why does the notary need the consent? What is the purpose of that?

You can only say that if you know the content of the easement.

Only if it affects you in construction. Normally, such easements for utilities are value-neutral.

A servitude in favor of the respective owners of Kaulsdorf Blatt 2121 and 1512 according to the approval dated 11.04.1926 registered on 25.09.1926. Transferred on 10.08.2001.

The broker is somewhat peculiar and the seller very old and ill, and in the land register itself, there is otherwise nothing listed.
I actually also thought that the notary does not need her consent.
