you really are a special case regarding the entire process. Unfortunately, it is not like this everywhere.

If the intention is not to do anything yourself, then the breakdown can be relatively irrelevant to you. Only the specific scope of construction work is then decisive.

If you want to remove trades, it naturally becomes important. I personally also expect transparency. However, there is currently a high demand. Therefore, one probably has to search.

Our company would have done everything except electrical, plumbing, and windows. I had also broken down every position. There was no information about a credit note. I said "you don’t need to do this, that, and the other, we’ll do it," and the entire position was removed. Nothing was credited, it was simply completely deleted.
