For 7K you get the commonly known alibisolaranlage... roughly 5sqm solar thermal on the roof... calculations show that with this size you save about 5-6K Euros over a period of 25 years... whether the system is still operational by then is uncertain...

I’m not trying to talk you out of it... we ourselves have the 5sqm on the roof... I just mean that it’s more something for the conscience... and I think it’s pretty cool if you’re at least independent from the supplier in summer...

But 7000 would probably not be worth it to me... you also have to factor in that maintenance costs are 30% higher annually.

So a chimney with water pockets is a really bad idea... it won’t pay off in 100 years...

And if you add heating support, you would need at least 30-35 sqm (that would be 7,000 + 2,000 each for 5 more sqm + larger storage etc., so about 25,000) of solar thermal... so you have something from it in winter... but then where do you put all the energy in summer? And whether the 25,000 will ever pay off???

I think that's how we will do it. What about the remaining insulation measures? Is that a good basis? By the way, brickwork is mandatory according to the development plan!
