I find the offer acceptable.

The plants are somewhat excessive. Perhaps it is also planned that one or the other will only survive 1-2 years. We all know, losses happen again and again. The quantity suggested by the nurseries and garden centers is often already a lot. If you take the suggested amount for all plants, you will end up with that many plants. I would plant fewer.

The mulch is still missing from the list.

If you want to do something yourselves, I would plant it myself. Definitely bury tulips and the like in autumn.

With some time (preferably over the autumn/winter) even removing the turf including transporting it away can be avoided. Place large (preferably unprinted) thick cardboard on the intended spots and then put 20 cm of soil on top. Over the winter, we additionally covered the soil with leaves... make everything nice and wet, then nothing will blow away anymore... the leaves "interlock". Next spring, incorporate the leaves or leave them as mulch. The grass underneath dies off... and you can start planting. Here are a few pictures of our beds created this way... not a single spade was needed... just some time.

Thank you very much for the numerous feedback and the good input. We will probably sharpen the red pencil when it comes to planting and disposing. I will take a closer look at the number of plants. I can well imagine that we "have one side done" and plant the other ourselves.
