the architect recommended the company Hoffmann (garages) to us. They build garages from pumice prefabricated parts. In terms of price, they are supposed to be significantly more attractive than brick garages and use thinner walls. Just as an idea.

Is the flat roof greened?

Who is doing the electrical work?

Do you have water and drainage inside?

41000 euros is already expensive.
