Hello, I would like your assessment: Project: detached single-family house on a 600sqm plot (fully developed, perfectly flat) in a suburb of Freiburg, Bauhaus style, 150sqm living space, slab on grade - no basement, underfloor heating air/heat pump with solar support, 2 modern bathrooms each with a shower, high-quality parquet/fine stoneware, two-tone triple glazing with electric external blinds, oversized double garage with electric sectional door, etc. Offer from an architectural firm: €750,000 total price - WITHOUT land and WITHOUT exterior work ...I am a bit shocked....

What is being installed there, at about 5000€ per sqm? Even with architect fees.

...good, upscale equipment, without ventilation, no technical gimmicks, "luxury version" would be at 850K
