Now people have been talking about "minimum prices" for weeks, so the visitor here realistically learns what is absolutely possible... Then suddenly an utopian offer comes around the corner to "correct" the prices for the mob again ;-)

I think the architect is great! 750k for "a bit above standard" is quite a statement. Have a look at his references and try to contact some of his clients. Please send me this client data via PM.
