Number of sockets - DIN 18015-2?

Dear experts,

according to the building specifications, our new apartment has the minimum equipment according to DIN 18015-2.

Now the apartment will hopefully be handed over soon and we suspect that the DIN was not followed exactly.
Maybe we also misunderstand the standard.
Therefore our question:
for example, in the living room >20sqm the standard states: general sockets 5, sockets for telephone/data 1, sockets for radio/TV/data 6.
I understand it to mean that there must be at least 12 sockets in the living room?

I do not have the DIN standard, but when searching for the DIN, you find a PDF from Hager with a table. For living rooms larger than 20 m², I also come to 12 sockets.

Is the OP talking about pure power outlets (for ironing and such...) or about various sockets including data, telephone, cable, etc...?

Sockets in general: 5
Lighting connections: 3
Telephone/data connection (IuK): 1
Sockets for telephone/data: 1
Radio/TV/data connection (RuK): 2
Sockets for radio/TV/data: 6

Therefore: 12 sockets fits

PS: I just realized that we also don't have 12 (ok, 11, because just under 20) sockets installed. New build 2013 (but I only rent there…). I think there are in total just 5 or 6

The "RAL-RG 678" is freely accessible (use internet search engine of choice) and also shows the minimum equipment according to DIN 18015-2.
