It’s about single-family houses and not multi-family houses in city centers. Every regulation has its reason, and neighborhood disputes are supposed to be minimized with these regulations. Or why does no one build their 15-meter-high house right on the property line?

And with every building permit, sufficient parking spaces are ensured. And public parking spaces are available to everyone.

Exactly, and that’s why you will probably find it hard to place a multi-family house where only a single-family house is allowed. Each unit is entitled to parking space or parking must be provided for each unit. How exactly, please, is that supposed to be regulated?

Underground garages, double parkers, or simply enough parking space.

On a 17m wide plot, you can easily fit 6 parking spaces, even side by side.

I am happy to show you our 7 parking spaces (although only 5 were required) for the semi-detached house with an additional new building (a total of 3 residential units) in an open construction style.
