The number of residential units in single-family houses is set to a maximum of 2 residential units and serves to preserve the single-family house character in the settlement area. The limitation of the number of apartments per residential building is intended in particular to prevent the development of apartment buildings in the interior block area.

Because I am currently wondering whether your answer is serious.

And I said relatively early on (before said it) that I knew how to make a three-generation house look like two residential units on paper. So, all within the legal possibilities, of course. This is certainly not about the typical multi-family house.

By the way, our neighbors manage with four people (2RU) and 7 vehicles. How they can afford that is another matter, but I am happy for them.

We have parking space for 8 vehicles on our property - just under 520 sqm - it's all possible, doesn't bother anyone, and I am very glad to have it (or be able to have it someday). I always find parking on the street very annoying...

In Münster, the parking situation is unfortunately very catastrophic - but no one says anything because almost only bicycle soldiers are out and about here.
