I took a look at it. They are cheating, but nothing happens. You would have to go all the way to court and hardly any legal protection insurance pays for that. Since you have already been completely taken in, you are very likely already broke anyway. The only thing left is the short route of vigilante justice.

As I said, everyone and everything is liable. But the ones who get fooled are always the losers.

Not everything in life is fair. Especially not in professional life. But everyone is free to become a broker or a notary themselves. Well, not the latter in every federal state, since in some you are appointed...

But generally badmouthing an entire profession does not exactly speak of objectivity. Even though I can understand it, especially with real estate brokers... When notaries mess up, they are held accountable. And that happens more often than you might think. However, with brokers, there are really specialists who see the job, hmm, well, let's say relaxed...

And yes, black sheep can be found everywhere and no, I am neither a broker nor a notary.

Your private matter interests no one, your signature seals a business for which you did not have to study.

The notary’s signature certifies and attests, he serves your interest.

Some just don’t want to understand and see themselves as the center of the world ;)

About the profession of the broker... I repeat: BROKER without the R... A broker is primarily an intermediary who mediates business for a commission.
Whoever does not want to pay him reads the terms and conditions and does not use his offers.

Or should I say in this case: real estate agent... One should inform oneself solidly first before putting tavern slogans in black and white on the net.
