Notary fees for property - minimum rate?

In the listing of additional construction costs, the notary is specified at about 1.5% of the land price under "1. Grundstück". If I now receive a plot of land as a gift, do I then have to pay a minimum fee to the notary for the registration in the land register? Presumably, he will not do it entirely for free. Can the rate of 1.5% vary locally?

The 1.5% refers to the value of the property. If you have 1000sqm at 100 euros each, then 1.5% of 100,000, that is 1500, must be paid to the notary. In addition, there is the land register entry with a few hundred euros.
