Well, to each their own: I would rather classify 2500 €/sqm as madness. You really have to dig deep into the toy box and order "a house with all extras."

And 155 sqm at 750 k€ would be 4.8 k€ /sqm, what kind of place is that supposed to be?

These are completely normal orders that we receive ... no big extras, just very high quality, everything top-notch, marble stairs instead of wood ... tiles 60x60 etc...

The penthouse apartments are sold by banks and go like hot cakes...

Afterwards, they are rented out to business people...

Probably builders who build like this have less time and desire to hang around in a forum where every other thread is about saving money or getting financing evaluated...

Therefore, it probably seems a bit "expensive" to us.
