What kind of advantage is that supposed to be?

950€ is steep and I wouldn’t want to pay that, but here you made the first expensive mistake, contract signed now it’s going to be expensive. Have fun with the selection process. Hopefully, the walk-in shower is already included in the price.

You mean the centralized one now?

As I said, I wanted to have it contractually fixed and unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Otherwise, I would have done it, of course.

We even have 2 walk-in showers included already :-) The selection process will be quite expensive for us because the sanitary equipment is totally nonsense and we definitely have to pay a lot of money for that. But we already expected that. We’re just annoyed about the ventilation and windows. The other surcharges are okay.

The price of 6k from decentralized to centralized is also the case for us. Which ventilation is to be installed?

The central ventilation system costs quite a bit more; I once read that you have to budget around 13-14000 euros for such a system. Which central ventilation system do you want to use?

Best regards Sabine

I am not the technician, but only responsible for the "beautiful" things in the house, however, I believe that we were offered a "reco VAIR".

Hi, the 6k is the normal surcharge in the Town & Country price list for the Vaillant Recovair. They probably wanted to rip you off a bit with the first price.
