It is important that the system is installed professionally so that it runs quietly and the system must not be undersized. The air is dried by the system, but that does not mean the climate becomes unbearable; it has to be that way because new houses are largely airtight. I also recommend using filters of class g7 so that pollen and fine dust stay outside. You can tell by the dust in the house. I no longer want to do without my system; it is really great and runs all year round for me. If you also want to install a fireplace, you have to inform the company about the installation of a pressure switch. Have fun with the new house
