You will also see with kfw40 and the system with heat recovery, the heating costs are a joke, the gas supplier wanted to know from me whether I have a vacancy and they checked the gas meter for the first three years. All the best with the construction

How high are the average electricity costs of the system?

Or is that unimportant because I save on electricity costs through the lower ancillary costs?

It depends on the level at which it is operated, but you can also calculate it yourself based on the technical data.

My house participated in a project for energy demand for 3 years. The electricity costs amounted to €59 per year, the saved heating energy was €230 per year. When you add it up, there is a significant saving. Heating and ventilation run continuously and were not turned down during the day because we do not work and are at home all day. Important with the systems is to keep them running and regular filter changes. Also the exhaust filters. Through companies such as [z.B.Filtercaps] you can sometimes get great prices for replacement filters or [eBay]. I got a 10-year supply at 50% below price.

Cool, how do you do that in a new building?

Don't get me wrong, but it sounds provocative.
