Hello,

€540.00 per square meter? Amand-Land?

That still doesn’t explain why you don’t have to pay the real estate transfer tax....?

Rhine greetings

Acquisition costs are not incidental construction costs, but incidental purchase costs. Whether you think you have to pay them or not. The estimate of incidental construction costs remains.

MY OLD PROPERTY is located in a newly developing land-use plan, we intend to purchase a plot of land in this new land-use plan. According to the agreement with the city, no development fees will be incurred here. No, I made a mistake regarding the amount of the tax, in this case it is only on the land, that would be about €10,000.

You should rather talk to the tax office, information from the city regarding this is not really reliable. Why should the tax office waive the real estate transfer tax? What does your old property have to do with it?

P.S. Just a quick note on the question of construction costs. For our 250sqm living space (300sqm floor area), some providers even quoted a price starting with a 5 + additional construction costs + outdoor facilities + flooring/painting. Just something to think about...
