Newly built semi-detached house with 30cm T8 and air-to-air heat pump

I am very much looking forward to your opinion on this. According to the architect's statement, one can already achieve KFW 55 with it.

Air-to-water heat pump is of course something completely different. 30 cm T8 is not exactly amazing, but it’s enough. There is also the roof, windows, foundation slab... if these are properly insulated.
