New terrace wall efflorescence everywhere!

Our newly erected wall has unfortunately become an eyesore right away... Our terrace wall was supposed to be an eye-catcher, now I just want to look away. The manufacturer only says that we have to live with it and that it will go away due to weathering. We were not familiar with these problems with concrete stones and were quite naïve when building the wall. What options are there? Without damaging the wall, further disfiguring it, or just watching how after 3 years it might finally look like the wall is supposed to look...
