New single-family house with liquefied petroleum gas - also possible without photovoltaics or solar?

That now interested me myself, because of the comparison with the datasheet specification, and whether the system settings are correct. What bothers me is that such a heating system does not optimize itself, in the direction that I provide my comfort temperature, and the heating system takes care of it with the lowest possible consumption. The method of adjusting heating curves, heating times, and balancing the system I see only at 80% of the potential for the specific house and its heat retention capacity. There isn’t a doctoral thesis about that yet.
