I think you can get a good KfW 55 house from a good provider for 300,000. Also with high-quality fittings.
We are paying 240,000 for a KfW 70 and you could hardly press in many more extras with us.
Unless, of course, you want an architect-designed house with special architecture, then it can of course become more expensive.

What are you building or with whom? 240k for a house with many extras sounds very affordable (at least if I follow the forum here).

Building a 1 1/2-story house, ~155m², with HS construction. In terms of extras, in my opinion it includes everything you need.. underfloor heating, controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery and enthalpy, electric shutters/venetian blinds on all windows, lift-and-slide door, chimney, many roof windows, good electrical equipment, sanitary everything you need (concealed rain shower, edge-mounted bathtub faucet, etc.). I think it can get much more expensive if you have things like extensions (i.e. no regular exterior walls), or if you build in an expensive federal state. Here, the companies often have foreign employees and I believe generally work quite cheaply for the construction company. But the quality is good.
