Hello!

The criticisms from the last plan have led me to a complete redesign. Therefore, I would like to know your opinion on my planning this time as well.

800m2 plot, for better visualization I have attached the plot from GIS as well as the sun position calculation
Edge to the street (1m high), otherwise flat
3m from the street to about 20m buildable
2 parking spaces
House conservative, with gable roof, basement, ground floor, upper floor
Tiled stove planned, roughly indicated in the house plan
House plan is "do-it-yourself", a professional will revise it once the plan is finished for me as a first draft

Thank you very much in advance for your feedback!

Looks quite solid - dimensions (including in the section) would be nice. I am not much of a fan of closet space as a confined room.

Hello, at first glance a few points caught my attention:
[*]You have planned a storage room under the stairs on the ground floor, right? But that probably leads to the basement. [*]Where will the laundry be washed? In the basement? That means you always have to carry laundry over two floors. Edit: I just noticed the laundry chute in the upper floor and basement. However, it's located in a different place on the ground floor :-) [*]The same applies to the vacuum cleaner. Is it going in the basement? Then you have to carry it up two floors every time. The same goes for other cleaning and consumable materials. => Maybe integrate a small additional storage space on the upper floor. [*]Are there views concerning the windows? I can't quite imagine that fitting well yet. [*]No window in the bathroom is something I find quite bad.
I hope this helps you further :)

There does not seem to be a storage room under the stairs on the ground floor, but the basement stairs are closed off by a door. I basically like that, but the stairs in the basement do not match the rest at all. Was there a mistake during the upload?

The laundry is probably washed in the utility room on the ground floor. Washing machine and dryer are indicated here.
What is the basement for at all if all the technology and the utility room are on the ground floor?

Where is a utility room on the ground floor? Am I blind now? I keep looking and looking and can't find one.

And why doesn't the staircase fit in the basement?

, where do you see the utility/housekeeping room on the ground floor?

.. does the idea of really wanting to sleep on the ground floor ever remain? Because the room is only 300 cm wide, which in my opinion is really too narrow for a double bed. On the upper floor it is also only about 330 cm, which is just about okay.

A lot of well-usable wardrobe space will not fit into the wardrobe room.

And, the 2m line on the upper floor is missing.
