Hello everyone,
I have previously had my heat pump connected to my main electricity meter.
Then, on 20.08.2020, a second electricity meter was installed for the heat pump by the network operator.
There are already 7700 kWh on it. However, I noticed that I have never received a bill for this meter, and this meter number also does not appear in my customer portal.
What would you do in my place?!
