New development area - sloping plot

First of all, thank you for the many comments and ideas. The idea was to place the house as drawn by if possible, in order to have a nice view towards the forest. Furthermore, a garage on the left or right side of the house, depending on what would be easier to realize.

Attached is a screenshot of the development plan with the building lines and cardinal directions.

Building lines

A development plan (excerpt) also needs the legend. But never mind: you can tell immediately that this is not a building line.

to have a nice view towards the forest.

A nice view, wherever, is planned by properly placed windows with sightlines from the seating furniture. A house doesn’t have to be straight to see more of the surroundings.
And hand on heart: the forest competes indoors with the TV anyway.

But to be frank: you have to adapt to a plot of land. If you have already chosen your house from a catalog before you know the building site, you are responsible for your own mistakes. And that can be expensive if you have only planned in 2D so far and now want to fit the plot accordingly.
