As I said, that was the price on the other side of the city without a school or daycare nearby.
I think the price will definitely be higher, but of course I hope it remains within a reasonable price range. (The city has about 7,000 inhabitants but a lot of industry, about 2,000 jobs, and really everything you need for living, including a branch of the district administration)
