New construction project: House without direct car access - Bad?

Isn't it said that if it doesn't work out, it wasn't meant to be? Even though we have had to tell ourselves that quite often now, I think it's better this way with the property since the communication was unfortunate and no reservation was made. Above all, the division and obligations according to WEG law have now discouraged us so much that, besides the parking space situation, we will pass on the house. Besides, I still want to be a bit active here in the forum. :D

Before committing forever, one better checks if something better can be found. This applies to marriage, but it can also be considered when buying a house.
