It is, because the new houses are simply too airtight and hardly any occupant can comply with the ventilation intervals. Which is not to be equated with the fact that a controlled ventilation system makes airing unnecessary. Regarding mold, it is less debatable that a missing controlled ventilation system is the cause, but rather the mixing water when installing the cement screed (1st week, still without ventilation or heating), which leads to a very high moisture increase in the screed insulation. And again, there are no "new houses." Apart from that, your previous post is so unobjective that a response is actually pointless. Hygiene is not about manufacturers, but about biology, accessibility, and material. Where I would lack space is none of your business, but I'll say: in the house. That the appearance *in my opinion* suffers is not a statement you can discuss, let alone simply falsify. And that there are on one hand useful but on the other hand also dangerous bacteria, you surely know yourself. So, what is the point of this condescending post?

Good evening,

You will surely know that.

There are days when I can easily ignore smartasses and days when I can't. Today is one of those days.

Exactly ... there are many differences in the chorus of manufacturers.

Interesting interpretation of sender + receiver.

"but I prefer the pollen from outdoor air to the bacteria and fungal spores from controlled residential ventilation" – I felt like setting a blonde counterpoint to this statement (I can [now] also be raised), my son is a biologist.

Edit: Those who live in a glass house shouldn't throw stones I just moved your message to the folder "P".

Rhineland regards

Our new building only has a decentralized controlled residential ventilation system, but here’s the following experience from last week: we were on vacation for 3 days, and when we came back, the house smelled like a new car - uh, house. Before that, two well-insulated rental apartments - there it smelled after 6 hours as if a mole had started rapid decay; well, not quite, but very musty. Houses with today's air tightness really don’t breathe - and they’re not supposed to. What does exist are moisture-regulating surfaces, like clay; fresh air is still not provided by that.
