Neighbor's construction crane blocks access to our property

Hello everyone,

once again a question ... We are very happy that we finally have the red dot and according to the developer, construction can start at the beginning of next year. Over the weekend, we were on our plot again and then came the shock: the neighbor's crane (+ construction trailer, portable toilet) completely blocks the access, which makes it impossible to get onto the property with any construction vehicles, let alone having space for our own crane.
We have already spoken to the neighbor’s developer on the phone and he said they apparently expected that it would still take a while before we start building. Allegedly, he also has a permit for the crane.
Until the neighbor’s shell is up, we are supposed to wait until mid-February because before that we won’t be able to get onto the property anyway.

Is he allowed to do that? We were not even informed beforehand. We have also already talked to the neighbor, who said we should best contact his developer directly, which we have done.

Thanks for your answers!

Is the question serious now? This is your property or not? I would inform the other developer that he has time until your construction start to remove his things from the property and that's it. At the moment, for example, the excavator of our neighbor is also on our property. At the moment, I have no problem with that. If we have a date for the start, I will inform him to keep our property clear until then.

Hello Watcher,

the crane is not standing on our property, but only in front of it on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, it is blocking our driveway because of that. If he moved the crane 10 meters to the right, it wouldn’t be a problem anymore... But he says he has a special permit, so we have to wait until the neighbor's shell construction is finished and the crane is gone.

Don't scare the horses and first talk to your [GU] about when he plans to start the civil engineering work. If his forecast is before February, please ask his site manager ([BL]) to talk to the neighbor's [BL] informally. If this doesn't help and your [BU] also can't make progress, then demand in writing the immediate clearance of "your" property.

This "special permit" surely does not include blocking the driveway to your property.

Oops, where did my text go ;( mh. Sorry, I had misread it, but I still think it’s not really that simple to do.
