How does one ensure the safety of the pit, dismantling, and the like when an entry ban has been issued?

Demanding impossibilities can quickly backfire in court.

It is written by the lawyer so that he obtains a short-term permission to enter for securing the construction site, but he must announce it beforehand.

I would build a small embankment at the border and plant a hedge of wild roses on it. Preferably from the vigorous species ;)

At least his craftsmen are serious, reasonable people. What kind of guy is your neighbor? His entire behavior sounds so absurd and is in no way comprehensible to me. Not even if he, by whatever dubious means, had any permits and felt justified. To me, it already sounds almost mafia-like. I agree with you and have no idea why he thinks he can get away with it.

Yes, I am simply speechless as well. The letter from the lawyer was also sent to him by registered mail with proof of delivery. And he claims to have known nothing. I suspect that he wanted to finish quickly so that nothing would be visible anymore. His construction workers are on the verge of quitting because he betrayed them like that and practically left them with a knife in their backs. It is really very annoying.

But at least you have reasonable craftsmen who stop the construction on their own and don't just want to do their business. And your neighbor is really incredibly audacious.
