Hello everyone,
we are building a single-family house in Lower Saxony. The plot slopes towards the NE. The northeast corner is about 1m lower than the southeast.
We would like to place a shed in the northeast corner and therefore raise the ground by about 1m. As a result, the shed will be about 3.6m above the natural ground level.
The question now is which neighbors we need to ask for approval for exceeding the permitted height of 3m. All three or only A and C?
Thank you very much in advance.
