With a higher KS, the bathroom will relax a bit. That is planned, right?
I still don't quite understand the children's room planning: one for the 14-year-old. And if the plan includes 2 more, how is that supposed to work?
Can you please also post the property sketch with the house?

Exactly, in the end we will have a KN of 1.00 m. The 14-year-old comes to us every two weeks. She will initially get the 2nd children's room; if we then have 2 own children, we still have the guest room in the basement... when she is 18, she won't visit her dad so regularly anyway, but of course she should still get her place.

The more valuable comparison, I think, are your pictures here: you can clearly see how good it looks when the dormers are fitted with a classic shed dormer roof, and not as depicted by the OP with an inverted roof pitch (which in my opinion is like a tacky baseball cap for the house). P.S.: I just noticed that while I was still on the phone, my opinion was practically shared even before it was published
