Narrow house on a narrow hillside plot

You haven't dealt with the demand for plots yet, and this one would even be free of any association.

So in our region, a plot costs about €100 per year.

The object size is, in my opinion, evaluated here much too critically and without perspective. Such statements are very exaggerated:

Resale value is probably questionable as well.

And as is well known, that largely depends on the location. By this logic, no terraced middle house should remain value-stable.

Apart from that, in prime locations like Munich and its surrounding district, exterior dimensions of 4-4.5m have long been common. If you can live with the compromises of the virtually fixed room layout, why not?

Please, any draft for a narrow terraced house/mid-terraced house with the bonus of windows on three sides will do. As if that is not everyday business for architects.

Did you read 4m external width? This is certainly not everyday business for an architect.
