Must the construction company itemize the costs per trade?

I really have no idea what you’re talking about. You don’t know the whole course anyway, you don’t know what we contractually agreed on. You sound like a contractor who seems overwhelmed. What makes a good contractor is that he agrees to changes as long as possible, and there is still enough time. When I compare my initial plan with the current one, I’m glad about the changes and the construction company is top! I just wanted to know whether it was justified or not. But let’s leave it at that, because that wasn’t the goal of my question.

It apparently paid off. The construction company has acknowledged it and reduced the price. The new price is completely understandable
