The house itself is just a normal button mushroom, and so is its price per square meter. However, the square meter price for the bay window modification here, just because of the static puffs it has in its luggage, has a truffle price when buying – you can't get it cheaper when selling. Even expecting to apply the usual mass price of the rest of the house to it is incredibly brazen pony farm romanticism, which only exists in the current, very unique generation of builders of the type "enlightened consumers really question the very first." King Customer simply has no manners today. You say "thank you" when you get such a special request for eleven times the price as a gift, and you don’t whine that you can’t understand it. Of course you can’t, the price is a-g-i-v-e-n. And just because it was the weekend and I was offline, you didn’t get that explained by me, but by and therefore with the presumption of innocence that I wouldn’t extend for such things. At some point, there’s simply a limit to the perceived legal entitlement to naivety, in my opinion.
I really have no idea what you’re talking about. You don’t know the whole course anyway, you don’t know what we contractually agreed on. You sound like a contractor who seems overwhelmed. What makes a good contractor is that he agrees to changes as long as possible, and there is still enough time. When I compare my initial plan with the current one, I’m glad about the changes and the construction company is top! I just wanted to know whether it was justified or not. But let’s leave it at that, because that wasn’t the goal of my question.
