I would like to start the project with my friend. So there are two of us. Together, we have approximately [100.000,-] available. We would need to take out a loan of approximately [400.000,-].

What do you mean by what it must have?

How many residential units are there approximately? 3? Or 5?

How many apartments per floor? How many floors? Features? Elevator? Roof type? Parking spaces? Garages? Cellar rooms? Rooms per residential unit?

What does the property allow? And what does it cost?

And how do you know that you need a 400,000 EUR loan?

Have you already dealt with the tax aspects?

And just on the side: You really don’t have a plan for this yet, do you? How did you come up with this idea?

hbf12 has already asked the right questions. What must or should the house have? About 4 residential units do not exist. It is either 4 or more or less. What kind of house should it be? Do you want to rent it out or live in it yourselves? Where? What financial possibilities do you have? Where do these mysterious 400,000 € even come from? A bit more input would be good if you want tips here?
