That is probably more of a personal (mis-)judgment

I probably have too many conversations with people whose profession involves researching, evaluating, and also judging the advantages and disadvantages of materials used in construction. Just yesterday again with the former managing director South of a high-priced prefab house supplier. By the way, I didn't expect that we share so many lines of thought.
Ultimately, what is required by the current Energy Saving Ordinance is nothing other than the result of good lobbying; therefore, it is not easy to find a sustainable decision for the individual. And even this can only ever be a snapshot in time. In this respect, it is also understandable to me that potential home builders do not naturally find their way in this structure; independent clarification is necessary.
I - for myself personally - made the decision in favor of a solid house years ago and can live well with the fact that there are home builders who assess this whole topic quite differently.
