Hello everyone,
some time ago I bought a multi-family house, where part of the bathrooms are still located in the hallways. Year of construction 1957.
Since I would like to have enclosed apartments in the future, I would like to move the bathrooms into the apartments.
However, the project is particularly difficult for the apartment on the ground floor, as the apartment is extremely small.
Does anyone possibly have an idea for a meaningful arrangement/layout of the rooms?
The following conditions apply.
- In supply shaft 1 there are water supply and wastewater pipes.
- Supply shaft 2 is occupied by the heating system.
- Supply shaft 3 is not used.
- The wall marked in red is load-bearing.
- Other walls can be removed without problems.
- Core drillings are possible.
Since the apartment is being completely renovated anyway (old cables, old pipes, etc.), creativity is almost unlimited.
I am really open to any suggestions and look forward to the exchange.
Best regards Christian
