Mixed financing with KFW loan 55 / bank loan

Why don't you put the KfW installment into the regular loan after the 10 years? Then the matter is settled in 20 years.

This is the plan. However, we can only arrange the regular loan through:

a. Increasing the repayment from 2% (up to 10 years) to 4% (after 10 years). 4% is the maximum value we can increase to.
b. Special repayments up to a maximum of EUR 5,000 per year

This way, after 10 years, we can continue with the total rate as at the beginning.
