This was also the case with my brick walls at the gable of the warm roof attic, that they remained unplastered. I then considered whether I should still commission it. Various contacts including the energy consultant said that it was unnecessary and more of an aesthetic matter. Exterior plaster apparently already provides the necessary tightness.

Bring the topic up again. Yesterday I had the Blower Door Test. The tester said that the partially unplastered inside of the exterior wall has to do with it. There is also a second spot like that. So it has to be corrected and then tested again.
