It should of course always be noted - which does not play a role here due to the already low loan-to-value ratio today - that the bank which is to replace the KfW loan, if it is another bank, has priority, namely the outstanding balance of the other loan.

I especially wonder what happens with the life partner. Doesn’t she earn anything? That puts the whole calculation on a different basis.

The house construction should be financed from own funds. I do not want to include the income of the partner in the calculation.
